Our Founder's Journey
Orvel Gems was born from my deeply personal quest for balance and strength during some of life’s most transformative phases. I, Karen, grew up in a family that has pioneered the gemstone trade since the early 1990s.
My passion and understanding deepened during my education at the University of the Arts London and my role as the Vice President of the Hong Kong Gemstone Manufacturer's Association. During my pregnancy and early motherhood—a time of both immense joy and profound challenges—I discovered the extraordinary power of natural crystals.
These weren’t just stones; they were beacons of strength and serenity that provided much-needed support and resilience. This revelation inspired me to share this source of empowerment with women everywhere.
