Can I cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@orvel.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may be processed quickly, and once they have been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer free returns for 30 days on all eligible items and free exchanges for 90 days. Items must be unopened with all tags attached.

How can I start a return?

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code. Follow the prompts on the screen to request a prepaid return label. Alternatively, you can email us at support@orvel.com, providing your order number, item details, and relevant photographs if necessary.

What are the eligibility criteria for returning items?

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all Orvel Gems tags attached. Please note, items designated as 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

Unless otherwise specified by Orvel Gems, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if I receive damaged/defective items?

If you receive damaged or defective items, please inform us within 72 hours of receipt, and we will assist you with the process.

How long does the refund processing take?

Choosing a Crystal

Choosing a crystal can feel overwhelming due to the vast array of options available. With so many choices, how do you determine which one is right for you at this moment? Healing with crystals is deeply personal and unique to each individual. While one person may feel a strong connection with a specific crystal, another may be drawn to a different one, even if their intentions are the same.

Discovering the perfect stone is akin to engaging in any wellness practice—it requires patience as you quiet the mind and harmonize the mind-body balance. Take a moment to hold the crystal in your hand and reflect on your intention in a peaceful manner. Pay attention to any sensations you may experience, such as warmth, coolness, pulsations, or a sense of calm and tranquility. These subtle cues can indicate that this particular crystal resonates with your healing needs.

Will the product I received be exactly the same as the one shown in the website pictures?

Genuine gemstone colors and sizes naturally vary. Every item may have slight variations due to the natural characteristics of the materials. We strive to ensure that the product images on our website closely match the actual items. If it does not meet your expectations, please email photos of the received product to support@orvel.com, so we can confirm if the correct item was shipped.

How many crystals can I wear on one hand?

You can wear multiple crystals, but considering the energy field of the crystals themselves, it's advisable to wear a maximum of three crystals on one hand and not more than five varieties in one cluster. Also, pay attention to which hand is suitable for wearing them.

Should I wear crystals on my left or right hand?

The wearing position of crystals depends on their properties. Generally, high-frequency radiating crystals (such as Amber, Ametrine, and Clear Quartz) are suitable for the right hand, while low-frequency absorbing crystals (such as Amethyst, Jade, and Moonstone) are suitable for the left hand. Wearing a crystal on the opposite hand may disrupt the magnetic field and affect your fortune.

Consider the following absorbing crystals: Amethyst, Jade, Fluorite, Agate, Moonstone, Rose Quartz, Aquamarine, Lapis Lazuli, and Turquoise.

Radiating crystals include Amber, Ametrine, Clear Quartz, Citrine, Garnet, Tiger's Eye, Green Phantom Quartz, Tourmaline, Rhodonite, Carnelian, Agate, and Obsidian, among others.

How to deal with a crystal breaking unexpectedly?

If a crystal breaks without any warning signs, it may indicate that it has absorbed negative energies on your behalf. In such cases, it's best to carefully store it in a box for safekeeping and avoid wearing it again. However, if the breakage is caused by external factors, you can restring it using spare cord and continue wearing it as usual.
